Lets assume we are working with you to achieve your health goal.

  1. we'll measure your height, lets say its 160 cm.
  2. Weight is 65 Kg.
  3. Also with Portable Japanese machine we can find out Body Fat, BMI, BMR, Body Age and BP.
  4. In these case you are 5 Kg more for male / 8 Kg more for female.
  5. Based on the report, person will be on our weight lose program for a week.
  6. After a week we'll recheck again and find the differences. Losing 2 - 4 Kg is very much possible in a week.
